The Blackwell Watson house is located in the heart of Chapel Hill and is the historic Lawson House, a large Shingle Style bungalow originally constructed in the late nineteenth century. The goals of the project were to maintain the character defining front façade, while replacing the rear addition with a two story addition, filled with natural light and modern amenities.
